1. Which payment methods do you accept?

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Since we offer free shipping across Europe, our standard delivery time is 7 to 10 business days. Please note that order processing typically takes an additional 1-2 business days before the package is handed over to the courier.

3. How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the courier's website.

4. What is your Refund Policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Relaxona experience. If you change your mind:

  • You have 7-10 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund directly to your original payment method.

5. What should I do if my product is damaged?

In the unlikely event that your 4D Massager arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us an email with your order number and photos of the damage so we can arrange a free replacement for you.
